School across New Zealand are choosing Zoono as a non-toxic disinfectant.
Longer lasting than most disinfectants, the water-based Zoono has become the teacher’s pet when it comes to choosing a safe sanitiser. Educators like the product because it is mostly purified, deionized water with an added antimicrobial compound which is commonly used in products such as toothpaste and cosmetics.
SILIX CEO Gerard Murtagh said the product was perfect for schools, childcare centres and playgrounds because it contains no chemicals, no alcohol and no smell.
“Silix’s disinfectant is unlike others because it is food safe, pet and plant safe, and environmentally friendly,” Mr Murtagh said.
“In addition, it stops germ cross-contamination for up to 30 days. You can wash desks, toys and play equipment as normal but the invisible Zoono protective shield stays in place.
“If you have the technology to make a shopping centre, school or factory work safe for staff or the public then you should.
“New generation sanitisers, like Zoono, can protect a space from viruses, bacteria and mould for up to 30 days.”
